On the page http://sydney.edu.au/business/, moving the cursor over the yellow pull down menus causes the page to flicker - I think it's trying to reload for some reason. (If scripts are enabled then hovering will cause submenus to appear)

Repeatable using latest stable build, also with noscript v 2.4.8rc3

Complain to the UoS.
They could probably get some kids to code their website correctly for them .

Disable NoScript.
Manually disable JavaScript in FF.

Test the page.
Same results, so not a NoScript issue.
