On the page http://sydney.edu.au/business/, moving the cursor over the yellow pull down menus causes the page to flicker - I think it's trying to reload for some reason. (If scripts are enabled then hovering will cause submenus to appear)

They could probably get some kids to code their website correctly for them

Manually disable JavaScript in FF.
Test the page.
