Create a frameset page with no script on domain A (or file system) and a single frame on domain B also with no script. Load the frameset and temp allow either the frameset or the frame domain. The NS icon doesn't go partial.

Fixed in latest release 1.9.9.22

the S in the partial should be white (indicating no scripts), it is white when all allowed or all forbidden
