Is NoScript Better Different in Respect to Mem Usage Then Adblock Plus?

Does NoScript affect things similarly?

If both NoScript & ABP are in use, as it is now, I believe ones filter does not have precedence over the other?

If NoScript behaves "better", & if NoScript's blockings could preempt ABP's blocking, would that be better for us, overall, & for ABP too, making less work for ABP?

about:addons-memory can give you a rough sense of the proportions of each addon's memory usage.

That's mostly correct, but the order in which they apply is inconsistent and can give weird results sometimes.

No, because ABP would load the filters anyway.
You could try replacing all content blocking/whitelisting ABP rules with NoScript ABE rules and observe the effect in about:addons-memory...
