Is NoScript Better Different in Respect to Mem Usage Then Adblock Plus?
Does NoScript affect things similarly?
If both NoScript & ABP are in use, as it is now, I believe ones filter does not have precedence over the other?
If NoScript behaves "better", & if NoScript's blockings could preempt ABP's blocking, would that be better for us, overall, & for ABP too, making less work for ABP?

about:addons-memory can give you a rough sense of the proportions of each addon's memory usage.therube wrote:Is NoScript Better Different in Respect to Mem Usage Then Adblock Plus?

That's mostly correct, but the order in which they apply is inconsistent and can give weird results sometimes.therube wrote:If both NoScript & ABP are in use, as it is now, I believe ones filter does not have precedence over the other?
No, because ABP would load the filters anyway.therube wrote:If NoScript behaves "better", & if NoScript's blockings could preempt ABP's blocking, would that be better for us, overall, & for ABP too, making less work for ABP?
You could try replacing all content blocking/whitelisting ABP rules with NoScript ABE rules and observe the effect in about:addons-memory...
