CTRL+SHIFT+S -> NoScript menu keyboard shortcut
CTRL+SHIFT+J -> Browser console keyboard shortcut

Also, could you try:
  1. running Firefox as an administrator (see previous post, hinting at an Extensions Manager bug)
  2. Disabling all your extensions except NoScript, restarting the browser and re-installing NoScript
Guest wrote:One remark, in about:addons there is a tag next to NoScript: "VEROUDERD" which links to this page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fi ... odernizing.
Unrelated.

NoScript doesn't appear on the context menu even though it is enabled in NoScript.
Does the CTRL+SHIFT shortcut work?
Any error message in the browser console upon disablement/enablement?
Ctrl + Shift + S opened the Firefox Debugger.
No messages appeared in Firefox Console when disabling and enabling NoScript.

I have deinstalled noscript, restart FF and noscript reinstalled.
At the moment it works.

All you, also those who fixed it by restarting in safe mode, could you please post the list of your extensions (from about:support)?
Even if we've got a few report, I'm still unable to reproduce this issue and I'd really like to pinpoint it, no matter if a work-around seems to exist. Thanks!

I had the same issue of the icon disappearing. As per one of the suggestions, I was going to Disable the NoScript add-on, but instead clicked Cancel. After restarting Firefox, the icon appeared again and seems to be working fine (for four hours).

Firefox 56
Windows 10 64bit.

Hi Giorgio, my extensions are:

Classic Theme Restorer 1.7.1
Download YouTube Videos as MP4 1.8.10
NoScript 5.1.2

I fixed the disappearing icon after updating to 5.12, by restarting Firefox in Safe mode, closing and reopening Firefox.
