... ones. I finally found two extensions NoRedirect and even better BlockSite - they are perfectly doing what there names promise and I won't see cpalead again.

Thanks for the heads-up, Dave. As you surmised, cpalead online surveys are pretty common. Like you, if I have to enable JavaScript just to see where I'm being sent, I won't bother visiting it either.
