[UNRELATED] Youtube and NoScript

Using latest version of NoScript and latest version of Firefox. I have no flash installed.
Going to this YouTube link -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMG4WuhsCTk
Expected: Video will play even without flash, because it is encoded in WebM.
Without NoScript
Result: Video plays.
With NoScript
Result: A text "This video is currently unavailable." appears.
Used to work before, I don't remember which version caused it to break because I seldom watch YouTube videos.
The settings I am using in NoScript is that I have checked all possible options in the Embeddings tab except for the "Ask for confirmation..."

In Blocked Objects, you need to allow video/ogg (I believe it was, yes).
(I'll have to look more carefully too, cause I've run into that before & thought there was no video.)

You are blocking embeddings even on trusted sites?

Yes, that is how I've got it set in this profile.
(Embeddings | Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too.)

I forgot to mentioned that I also allowed the video in the blocked list, but still the same. In the previous versions, a placeholder will appear and I will just need to click on that. Again I don't remember when it started to break as I seldom visit youtube.

No placeholder because there's no separate Flash object, I believe.
On Fx 15.01 with both Flash and Win Media Player plugins disabled, *all* Embeddings checked,
Temp-allow video-ogg@http -- o-o preferred --- xxx -lscache x - youtube.com = plays.
(Allow or temp-allow script from youtube.com and ytimg.com.)

Trust me, there used to be a placeholder before with a symbol of my default video player, (which is VLC). Allowing video-ogg in the blocked list isn't working for me. I'm gonna try to install NoScript in a clean profile with the same settings if it's gonna work or not.

Ok, I manage to figure out the problem. It's about the setting I've made before. I guess there is a change in the YouTube website as I'm a hundred percent sure that it is working.

Thanks. We'll mark this as Unrelated.
Do you wish to share what setting caused the problem, in case others have a similar problem?
Then they can find the answer just by searching the forum, and not have to post and wait for a reply.
If not, no problem.

Sure, before I used to force YouTube to https in NoScript by adding the rule .youtube.com in the HTTPS tab of NoScript. I also have this rule in ABE
Site http://
Accept from .youtube.com
Deny INC from https://
I'm pretty sure I was able to play YouTube videos before with just that.
The step I used to solve my problem now is adding .c.youtube.com in the never force https in the NoScript tab.

Depends.
Depending on your settings, you may be served a Flash or an HTML5 version of the clip.
If the Flash version, there would be a placeholder (if so set in NoScript).
If the HTML5 version ... should there be a placeholder or not?

Yes, though (the Mozilla end) is not always working correctly.
