Cannot install: Unexpected installation error

So I click on the direct download link and have all permissions correctly set, it asks me if I want to install and when I click install it says:

Firefox could not install the file at:

"[noscript website]"

because: Unexpected installation error
Review the error console log for more details

Anyone know whats going on?

upon checking the log, the error looks like this:
