xda developers site problem

Post by Stef »

Noscript has huge problems with xda developers...could anyone tell me how i can fix this?
For example do a search on xda like
http://forum.xda-developers.com/sitesearch.php?q=UG802
I would like scripts on that site to be permitted..however permitting scripts doesn't get the desired results as the page keeps reloading and reloading.
Only remedy is to permit scripts globally.
There should be some option in noscripts to permit anything that originates form a certain page so also any "children" domains.
Maybe such an options exits already..then please tell me how to enable it. Thanks.

It works for me, provided that xda-developers.com, google.com and googleapis.com are allowed.
No redirection loop anyway.
Could you try on a clean profile with just NoScript installed?

You are suffering the problems and bugs inside the NEW THEME they are using, roll back to one older one and you will be fine. Of course, given you have what Giorgio said allowed, I use it daily and have no issues since changing away from the new and very buggy theme they are using.
