Forum feed limit

Forum feeds are limited to 10. That's always not even good, but if there are many spam postings, it's really bad.
I tried adding &c=20, but it doesn't work. Is there a way to get more forum feeds?

Seems it gets an everyday issue, so a good solution would be appreciated.

As is, I see not more than 10 spam postings in my feed reader, though

That *is* an advantage of the current limit!
