Youtube Flash Placeholder is Small

On Youtube the Flash Placeholder is Small.

Used to cover the entire player.
Now only a small square to click on?

Looks like this is not only Youtube, but everywhere.
Looks like this happened starting with SeaMonkey 2.14 aka FF 17.0 (so the current Aurora, Gecko/17.0).
