Fx 15.0b6, NS 2.5.2rc2, new profile, block flash on trusted
  1. http://www.vmware.com/products/workstation/new.html
  2. allow vmware.com, brightcove.com
  3. click on what's new video
  4. placeholder opens for http://c.brightcove.com/...
  5. activate
  6. it 302s to http://admin.brightcove.com/..., the placeholder for which loads top level, replacing the document

Confirmed.

(Note the if you interactively change the setting of 'Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too', you have actually refresh the page for the change to have an effect.)

This looks to be resolved with 2.5.4rc3.
