Where in the about:config i can find the withelist?
I want to make a global sync of the wihtelist for multiple users.

Why? There is a GUI for that and the way they are stored they are not in the about:config and they work fine with the built-in Fx sync functionality.

Various places, but GµårÐïåñ is correct.
capability.policy.maonoscript.sites, among other keys. And it appears that CAPS aren't even enumerated in about:config?
