Cannot display full site with NoScript Enabled

This happens so often, I disabled NS for a while, but of course then my browser became a kludge, so enabled it again.

On http://www.stubhub.com/los-angeles-gala ... 057305/#hs

when NS is enabled, none of the links is available, and the map that is supposed to display doesn't show up.

Is there a way to look for a way out of this sort of thing when it happens?

Thanks.

Don.

Hi,
Your URL has been eaten by the forum code, so nobody can visit your link.

Paste the full link inside CODE markups and the forum won't mangle it.

Testing with a random LA Galaxy page on that site:

Code: Select all

http://www.stubhub.com/los-angeles-galaxy-tickets/galaxy-vs-hotspur-7-24-2012-4057305/
I got the seating maps and links to work after Temporarily Allowing:
  • stubhub.com
    stubhubstatic.com
    googleapis.com

Looks like gstatic.com is also needed.

+stubhub.com
+stubhubstatic.com
+googleapis.com
+gstatic.com

Thanks, all, for the suggestions,

I don't see any of these sites prohibited in my list of recent blocks, etc.

How do I get them permitted, and how did they get blocked without showing up?

Thanks again.

For those interested, the appearance of the page currently I would like to produce, but am unfamiliar with the process here. I have the .jpg.

As a test, disable NoScript, restart your browser, & see if the page works.
If it does not, then something outside of NoScript is blocking you, another extension of HOSTS file or ...?

If it does work, then as a test create a new, clean Profile, install NoScript & see if the page works.
If that works, then you might look into Reset your NoScript settings, backup first if needed.

therube,

Thanks for following up. I disabled NoScript as my first response once I found that simply enabling everything on the page wouldn't work. And once disabled, the page worked perfectly. I'm going to try another page which is in use constantly, and which has multiple problems. I hope:

Code: Select all

http://www.slate.com/index.html?reload=true
. Several pictures are blank, but if you can guess the content, you could click on them, as the links work. You just can't see what they are. Some links don't work at all.

Looks to get most everything except "Slate on Facebook".

+googleapis.com
+slate.com

And you're right! I have cruised along for years, now, with googleapis disallowed, because I interpreted it as another tracker or the like, and it never seemed to be an issue. So with some change that was probably made on Slate.com, googleapis was now necessary to display everything?

Thanks very much. All is well. World peace is achieved.
