Password/Parental Control Option?

Greetings.

Please point me to the perma Forum/FAQ link for this question...

Parental Controls for No Script? How can setup everything with allowed and blocked sites on my kids computer then lock it down so they can't allow anything temporarily or permanently?

I'd toss $20 in the donation box for that simple feature. There has to be a legit reason its not in there. The program is so useful and well thought out, there has to be a compelling reason this feature is left out, its not an oversight or lack of time to develop or am I just mistaken?

Regards.

This has come up before, like here and there. I guess the majority of NoScript users would not care about such feature, so any solution from NoScripts side is probably not worth it.
There are ways to try to lock-down Firefox and extensions settings on it to some extend (mentioned by Giorgio in one of these threads), it should be obvious though that there is no truly reliable way, think of it more as a statement where of that you would like to have the configuration this way and not changed (but it's not like one could not also directly talk to one's kids instead, try to explain to them what NoScript is for and why it is important to not just allow any site, right?).
