Is there a way to mark domains as being equivalent somehow? I have the option of Temporarily allow top-level sites by default set to Base 2nd level domains, but even then there are often times other domains that I would like to have automagically allowed, since they are always required for that site to function, but I don't necessarily want them OK'd 100% of the time. For example, when I log into facebook, facebook.com is temporarily allowed, but I then have to manually allow fbcdn.com, and I don't want either site running scripts when I'm not on that page.

The closest you can come is to use ABE & limit the "equivalent domains" to only be able to be allowed with particular domains.

So fbcdn.com allowed only when you are on facebook.com.

Theoretically your best option is to install RequestPolicy.
It allows you to control which cross-site requests are allowed, and includes a list just like the one you're requesting (region-specific, too).
But it means much more work to un-break sites, and since you're already running NoScript in an easier-but-less-safe mode, I'm guessing you don't want that...
