How do I configure NoScript from allowing sites to adjust my browser's toolsbars?
Sometimes they resize or remove the bookmark bar or any other toolbar I have customized? Usually only the URL toolbar is left.

That is going to be done through your browser itself.
GUI &/or about:config &/or dom.disable settings.
