Disabling auto refresh in (un)trusted sites

Since approximately two months I noticed that Noscript is not blocking anymore page auto refreshes, I think that the corrisponding setting is "forbid meta redirections inside <noscript> elements".
Is it intentional or site owners found a new way to get around it?

That option blocks only a certain class of meta refreshes (those embedded inside <noscript> elements in order to make them happen only if user has JavaScript disabled).
If you want to require your consent for all them, you should check Firefox's Options|Advanced|Warn me when a web site tries to redirect me or reload a page.

You can also set site-specific permissions with other addons like Tab Permissions or Host Permissions.
