I might have a problem with the update to NoScript 2.4.3. I updated within the past hour about 11pm 5/27/12. After restarting Firefox 12.0 ('up to date'), I opened PCMag.com. I was curious about a photo and right-clicked on it. I didn't get a menu for TinEye. The Picture Toolbar menu also didn't display. I also didn't get the menu selections I setup on Menu Editor and have been using for several weeks. It looks like a default menu list and includes options for some programs, like 'Add to Evernote 4.0' which I have on my system but which I deactivated several months ago. The NoScript icon on my status bar shows nothing was blocked (white circle with blue S), but normally I get a prompt asking whether I want to allow or block a number of other sites. When I hover on the icon, I get these options:
"About NoScript 2.4.3, Options, Allow Globally, and a grayed-out selection Forbid Chrome"
I checked CNet.com and a Google Picture search. The Picture Toolbar icon and my preferred menu (including Search TinEye) displayed as expected.
I don't know whether this is an issue with the NoScript update and I don't have time now to check multiple other sites or remove other extensions. I have used NoScript for several years along with most of my current extensions. It's a great tool, thanks.
Thank you.

Re: Not working after update to 2.4.3
I get a solid red circle (all scripts blocked by default, as I don't use that site), and the following options to Allow or Temp-Allow, and nothing about "Forbid Chrome":kengosse wrote:I might have a problem with the update to NoScript 2.4.3. ... I can't reproduce it, so I'm afraid that you may very well have to go through the diagnostic process. Shortcut:I don't know whether this is an issue with the NoScript update and I don't have time now to check multiple other sites or remove other extensions.
Please create a clean profile from scratch. Install only NoScript, leaving all the defaults.
Does the problem still exist? If not, NoScript is not the culprit.
Try adding back your extensions, one at a time, until you find the one that causes the issue.
Then remove all the others, pairing only the suspected one with NoScript, to confirm that the remaining one is the issue.
If the problem is solved even with all add-ons reinstalled, then the previous profile was probably corrupt. Problem solved.
Let us know, thanks.
Thank you for the kind words.I have used NoScript for several years along with most of my current extensions. It's a great tool, thanks.
Thank you.

Re: Not working after update to 2.4.3
Good news. Its fixed and the NoScript update was apparently not the problem (which just happened to appear immediately after a NoScript update). I toggled my extensions off and on (been there, done that before - ugh!) and it looked like gTranslate 0.9 was the problem. After disabling gTranslate a third time, it happened again so I started over. This time, IE Tab Plus 2.0.0.0
seemed to be the culprit. After toggling it a few times, I checked the IE Tab Plus options and noticed PCMag.com was listed in its Sites Filter (I don't recall adding it). I removed it and everything seems fine now, with gTranslate and IE Tab Plus both enabled.
Thanks again for your support and product.
