Could NoScript be causing this captcha problem?

I use Firefox 3.6.28. A website I frequent uses javascript (apparently) to show a captcha to log in. Very suddenly, that captcha would not display. Clicking on the "Audio" link [javascript:xcap.play_audio()] causes nothing to happen. Clicking on the "New Code" link [(javascript:xcap.refresh_image()] causes a blank HTML image placeholder to appear, then collapse in on itself (there is no blank space where the captcha should be; it is collapsed).
As far as I can tell, NoScript is allowing everything relevant on that site. I turn on the notifications and reload the page, and no notification appears. Is there anything else NoScript could be blocking? If so, how do I find it? I marked this site as trusted, so what could be being barred?
Thanks for any help you can give; at least I hope to clear NoScript from "blame" if it's not.
