Not exactly sure what's supposed to happen there, but the page looked to load with NoScript & regardless of whether myfreecams is Allowed or not.

Without, I get the green border & the frame with the girls.
With, still the green border, & there is more of a delay, & what loads in the frame is actually different (basically looks the same, but is different), but I suppose that's only because they coded the page to work with scripting & not. With also allows you to choose a nickname & whatnot.

Also, for the maximum features, you'll have to open NS Menu > Blocked Objects and click to "Temporarily Allow" something like

shockwave-flash@http/ myfrecams or
*@http/ myfrecams

Also, after allowing the script, when the page reloads, you may see an entry in NS Menu for "Recently blocked sites".
Checking "Allow" (or "Temporarily allow") all from myfrecams.com" may change the look. It takes a while to load, with 300 individuals as the default setting on the home page.

Do these steps cause the page to appear as you expect it to?
