Hi,

I have Blogger.com based blog and "Followers Widget" in it. It won't load due to NoScript. How to fix this?

Regards,
Jape

http://aurum-signum.blogspot.com/

Using IE the Followers ("Lukijat" in that URL above) Widget loads

Firefox with NoScript -> widget won't load.

It works for me as soon as I allow the following:
  • blogspot.it
  • googleusercontent.com
  • blogger.com
  • google.com

If you have FRAMES forbidden, it is very difficult (lots of clicks) to get googleusercontent.com to show up as a domain to allow.
With FRAMES forbidden, it does come up under Blocked Objects, but allow the blocked object is not enough for it to display.

Without FRAMES forbidden, googleusercontent.com will come up after the first set of Allows.

All of those, except "blogspot.it" was already whitelisted.

Adding "blogspot.it" to whitelist did not solve problem.

Now I have figured out the reason (I will tell it later) why that widget won't load...

Thanks for your help Giorgio! :)

In Noscript Options -> Embeddings -> I didn't have "Forbid <IFRAME>" or "Forbid <FRAME> selected.

Thanks for your help "therube", anyway :)

I figured out the solution for this problem I presented in my first post. It wasn't NoScipt alone, that effected to that widget causing it not to show up.
I had another Firefox add-on, called "HTTPS Everywhere", which I had to allow to load Google APIs and Google Services. This solved the problem, and now "Followers Widget loads as it shoud.
