The grammar is wierd. Is there a company named OverPlus? Is the question, "Will NoScript be bought by OverPlus?"

I think the OP meant "Will NoScript become surplus/redundant?" No big deal; sounds like s/he is not a native English speaker, which is fine (see forum rule #2).NoScribner wrote:The grammar is wierd. Is there a company named OverPlus? Is the question, "Will NoScript be bought by OverPlus?"

I know the OP, its a language barrier and if you don't understand the question, which obviously Giorgio did and already replied to, its best you just keep quite and stay out of it until context is revealed (or better yet, read the link provided to understand the context). Your judgmental nit picking, wasn't necessary. This is an internationally accessible and supported website, even the developer is Italian, so not everyone speaks English as a primary language or as well as everyone else, so latitude is always given where your brand of critical post is not necessary or appreciated.NoScribner wrote:The grammar is wierd. I know Saad to be a legit poster as well, but is the promotional text and spam-type link in the signature really justified?GµårÐïåñ wrote:I know the OP...
btw, in context, if "overplus" is changed to "surplus", the question makes perfect sense.
"Will NS become surplus (unnecessary)".
Translation engines are not exact. And of course Giorgo understood the question. Just clarifying for those who didn't.

Confirmed by Giorgio that the signature promoting a commercial product, and with link to same, violates Forum Rules against spam.Tom T. wrote:I know Saad to be a legit poster as well, but is the promotional text and spam-type link in the signature really justified?
Deleted all such signatures and warned user.
