Temporarily allow site not working

Every time I go to check my Email or to any other number of pages that I do want to allow scripts, I get a yellow bar along the bottom of the screen saying scripts block and offering to click options and choose to either allow this site, or temporarily allow this site. When I click either of those choices what happens is the page reloads and the yellow bar pops up again. This is even happening with sites that are on my whitelist.... 
I only installed NoScript to deal with problems I was having on one site that I use frequently, is there any way to make it so that NoScript only works for one site in particular??
