What kind of videos dose flashgot support?

Flashgot simply grabs media, it is not a player therefore it requires no particular support for any media type. As long as the resource it visible to Flashgot and not being served as streaming (such as RTMP) then it will see it, grab it and give you the option to download it, whatever the format may be.
