[Ehancement] Choose the separator character on flatsubdirs

All is on title !
Défault char separator is "-"
But many sites include this character in their addresses. The change from "!" or "§" would have been more

I meant the mask to rename file but i understand now this feature would depend rather Download Manager dta :)
