I suspect this is an enhancement request, unless there's a way to do it that I can't find....
Sometimes I temporarily turn on 'Allow Global', e.g. when purchasing stuff, else purchase tracking, or my credit card extra-validation doesn't work and I have to do it all again... When I've done that, it'd be very useful to have a nagging, obvious reminder that 'allow global' is enabled, so I remember to turn it off again afterwards.
Perhaps an editable time to show a repeating popup or something..? Is there anything similar already available?

Nothing existing.
But some sort of reminder could be beneficial.
