[ClearClick] Having Trouble Streaming Video

Hello,
I updated my NoScript on Monday, March 5 and since then I've been having problems streaming videos online. I run a lot of different add-ons for Firefox, but when I disable NoScript the video streams just fine. I've only noticed it not working on a few websites( http://www.funnyjunk.com/ and http://www.escapistmagazine.com/ ). If a video starts up automatically, I can watch it, but I can't interact with the player. I can't pause or adjust the volume. If it doesn't start automatically, I can't watch it. I hit play and nothing happens.
The problem isn't everywhere, though. I can run video, pause, and adjust time/volume at http://www.youtube.com I haven't really tried many other places as I don't spend a lot of time streaming video.
I've tried allowing all scripts on that page, but it doesn't change anything. Am I the only one having this problem? I updated my Adobe Flash Player and Windows Media Player after things stopped working, but that hasn't fixed anything. The only work around I've found has been disabling NoScript and I'd really prefer not doing that.
Any help?
