Hello
I have option "Allow Scripts Globally" enabled
Why "Temporarily allow" icon doesnt work with "untrusted" sites ?

Because using "Temporarily allow" removes it from the Untrusted list. Since you have scripting globally allowed, that's the same as permanently allowing it.
If you wish to continue using the (not recommended) "Allow globally", you'll have to allow this script, then mark it Untrusted once you are done.

It gets tedious after a while to keep updating a generic Trusted list for NoScript
I understand "Temporarily allow" icon doesnt work with "Allow globally" option
that's a pity

How so? The first time you visit a new site, you make your trust decisions, then click "Allow" on the ones you trust. Automatically adds it to whitelist with a single click.
No need to mess with the Whitelist at all, unless you change your mind and want to remove one that you allowed previously, and are no longer at that site. If you're still at the site, open the menu and click "Forbid" on the one on which you changed your mind.
You can also use "Temp-allow", once global scripting is disallowed, and click "Revoke temporary permissions" before leaving the site. Again, no messing with lists.
The only other reason to mess with the
Default Whitelist is to remove entries that are there by default for the convenience of new or non-tech users, but which you don't wish to allow.
Updates to NoScript should not affect your user-set whitelist and Untrusted entries.
Not so hard.
