[TODO] Suggestion for bookmarks

I use NoScript recently, and I really like it. Thanks to the developers.
There is a very useful option "Allow sites opened through bookmarks" but unfortunately it works only when I'm clicking on a bookmark. I have a suggestion to allow scripts also when user is choosing bookmark from address bar. And also if user add a page to bookmark and reload it, the scripts should be allowed.

Does the Location Bar differentiate between a "bookmarkmarked" URL & the same URL that you manually typed into the Location Bar? How is it supposed to know one from the other & whether to Allow or not? (Perhaps FF differentiates, don't know?)
Would you want a typed domain that matches a domain stored as a bookmark automatically allowed?
In your case, sounds like you would, so perhaps that would work for you.
Myself, if I were to use Allow sites opened through bookmarks, I would want it to behave differently from the same domain typed in directly (because I suspect I'd use one or the other depending on whether I wanted the site allowed or not)?

I have hundreds of bookmarks. When I type in the address bar a same address which is present in the bookmarks, the scripts are forbidden on the page after loading. I trust these sites, so every time I must to add them manually to the white list. It would be nice if they are automatically allowed, as if I click on the bookmark from the bookmarks toolbar. Maybe it will be a separate option in the settings.
P.S. therube, sorry, English is not my native, so maybe I didn't quite understand what you meant.

Oh, nothing. I was just thinking out loud.
I can see from your perspective where it would be a legitimate request.

@therube, currently NS is using a combination of an event listener and object trigger to decide where its coming from and that's how it knows its coming from the bookmark. However, since they introduced the "awesomebar" which now allows you to load your history and bookmark directly from the addressbar, he would have to add a hook to capture that as well. Proabably will need a way to tell the difference between addressbar items that are ACTUALLY bookmarks and those that are just HISTORY items as there is a huge difference between crap on the history list that you accumulate for the session and an actual bookmark you may trust. So probably need some kind of check item vs. bookmark list to make sure it exists, similar to what the duplicate detector does.

Just to note, SeaMonkey does not load bookmarks from the addressbar, AFAIK, in case that matters. ]
I was wrong, so you can ignore that.
- Note: In SeaMonkey 2.0, only autocomplete entries for visited pages (History) are generated so setting the value to 2 (Restrict: Bookmarks) or 4 (Restrict: Tags) will not produce any results.
In SeaMonkey 2.1 and later, all options are supported and produce the expected results, including the value 0.
