Objects seem arbitrarily blocked/unblocked

Since the installing NoScript 1.9.1.91 I have noticed some issues. First, unexpectedly, videos on my fav sites have been blocked even though they had permission before the upgrade and still did after. I could only unblock those videos if I allowed all scripts globally.

Today, I found objects (video, flash) being displayed from sites that are blocked by default (first time visits to that site).

For example, on http://dailykos.com/ there is an embedded video from vimeo.com that appeared and would play without me allowing vimeo.com. I had the same experience with flash when I loaded http://www.fortinet.com/ for the very first time.

Then, with http://www.fortinet.com/, I "allowed" it. Now the flash won't show. So this is more than just an icon issue since it should the flash to start with.

I don't know where to place a bug report. I got the impression that these forums were the place.

Any comments on this issue?

Thanks.

dailykos: If Flash is not blocked, the vimeo (& youtube & ...) video will show & will play. Otherwise it should show a placemarker. And if the placemarker were to be clicked, the vimeo video would then load & play.

fortinet: If Flash is blocked & fortinent is not allowed, you will get placeholders. If you then Allow fortinet, the Flash (menu & whatnot) will display. If you had Options | Plugins, Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too then the Flash would not display until you clicked the placemarker.
