An IFRAME Sitting Atop the NoScript Webpage Menu?
Can't seem to replicate it, but it was there.
Was going to click the 'Changelog' & there it was.
After clicking, allowing the frame, then the link (including status bar) looked & worked as expected.

Revoked Temps, Shift+Refresh, duplicated (but not consistently).

It looks like the placeholder on the right top (for the AfterDownload ad frame) is bleeding on the left.
Not sure if it's due to a weirdness in the page layout or a bug in the placeholder generation. Investigating, thanks.

Wasn't looking &, surprise! (& its not yet Happy New Year) ...
noscript.net Allowed, Embeddings, all 'Additional restrictions for untrusted sites' enabled, as is 'Apply to whitelisted too'.
(Also running Adblock Plus.)
(The frame highlight is not atypical, as I have some CSS that causes that.)

Before & After (with window maximized).
(Note the frame highlight.)

More than likely just a DOM object bleed, not a big deal. Sometimes webpages, based on browser engines, render things a bit funky. It happens. Instead of flooding him, let's let Giorgio investigate and let us know. My money is on a bleed.
