NoScript inserting ]\ into web forms

This is bizarre but NoScript seems to be pasting a "]\" character sequence into web forms (like Google search box or YouTube search box, eg) at the end of the search string after I press enter.

In other words what happens is:

(1) I enter a search string into Google or YouTube or whatever
(2) I press the enter key
(3) The character string "]\" appears at the end of my search text
(4) The search completes normally

This "]\" also gets inserted at random times whenever I press the enter key. For example, once or twice it was inserted when I was typing this post, but not every time.

If I disable NoScript the bug does not occur, so it seems to be caused by NoScript.

Any idea what is going on?

Does it happen on a clean profile with just NoScript installed?

Have never ever seen NS do that. I cannot confirm, this sounds like something like a GM script, or some kind of content based addon that is inserting code into the page and doing it incorrectly. I think the reason you see it with NS is because its blocking its ability to do it and so its exposed. Otherwise you don't see it because the malformed content is created but won't trigger a catch by NS.
