How do I get flashgot to scan my downloads using avg antivirus 2012?

FlashGot plays no role in (the actual) downloading nor in the scanning of such downloads.

Any A/V, with its real-time scanner enabled, would automatically scan any downloads, as a matter of course, you would think, so in that respect there should be nothing for you to do in that regard.
