Problem with Noscript blocking allowed site

I've been looking for an answer to this for a few hours now and can't seem to find the right one anywhere. I have a browser game I play (ogame) and I have allow all set for this game. There is a pay for premium services option, when you go to purchase the premium service in the game it brings up a secure pop up menu. My problem is that everytime I click on the menu it tries to load then gives me an error message from their side saying try again later.

The menu works in IE and with no script disabled.
