[RESOLVED] NoScript Flash placeholder missing 2.2.4rc2

NoScript 2.2.4rc2
Firefox 8.0
Ubuntu Linux 10.10
Flash 11.1.102.55
www.gametrailers.com/
Some times the flash placeholder is missing when trying to watch videos.
Its unpredictable sometimes placeholder is there sometimes its not.

Its happening again,
Doesn't happen in NoScript 2.2.4rc1

What domains have you allowed?

No, its every page viewing videos.
What domains have you allowed?
I've only allowed the following domain:
gametrailers.com
I've tried enabling all domains with no luck.
It only happens with 2.2.4rc2 and not 2.2.4rc1.

I am getting the placeholder in all cases (AFAICT).
A pair of Errors (line number varies depending on the particular clip tried, but same issue regardless).

Regardless of the errors, I am getting the placeholder, & clicked, the clips to play (after the ad).
Does this happen in a new Profile with only NoScript 2.2.4rc2 installed?

Yes.
Does this apply, Bug 626463 - If pref browser.frames.enabled is false, the UI is quite broken?
No, my pref browser.frames enabled it true.
For testing purposes I upgraded to the latest Firefox 9 beta and it does the same thing.
I'm out of ideas. Disable NoScript and the page works.
An interesting note is that if a screen with your age credentials comes first the flash placeholder is there and I can click and play the video.
