Grab all pix thumbnails lead to but not thumbnails?

I guess I'm missing a trick, but I can't see how to do what I want.
What I want is that whem I'm on a page of thumbnails I can download the pics they link to but not the thumbnails or anything else. If there are vids or links to vids I don't mind if they get grabbed too. But right now all I'm able to accomplish is grabbing all the thumbnails on a page, not the pics on the sub-pages. I seem to remember doing this with an earlier verson but can't figure out how to now.
Please help. If you have an answer it would be great if you'd cc me 'cause it might be a while before I remember to check back here. spamersbite at yahoo dot com
