I reported on the NS Mobile extension reviews on the 11/11, 2011, as follows:

It works under firefox mobile version 7, I can't wait for Giorgio to get it working for version 8. I'll revert back to 5 stars when it happens.
By today, 11/13/2011, something in my 8.00 Mobile setup & extensions changed, Giorgio. Now my NoScript is working on 8.00 mobile. Don't know what changed, so you can close this trouble report out.It works, plz report in the forum if not 4 u

It works 4 me on nightly, which is Fx 11.0a1 actually, so it really should on 8. Plz report on http://noscript.net/forum if it doesn't for you, maybe after uninstalling and reinstalling.
