Hi,

I am currently troubled by the followin question:

I wanted to have a look at an older version of a website. For this purpose I use archive.org. I found the website and its older version. Now, in order to do that I have to NOT block archive.org.

The site in question has various ads and an iframe embedded. Are these iframes automatically also not blocked because I had to not block archive.org as well?

My example is the following:

I visited http: //web.archive.org/web/20070322204521/http://www.knobler.com/bradstreet.html

The site has an embedded iframe:
http: //iframe.leadacceptor.com/default.aspx?cid=xX1TAVh6EQABMl0BcxFdUxahDBxhmu221f4a0NJqG-B57GPSBA==&aid=vK0WSgIrE1FbXk1AHgJIQCFfUUAQXFlXUh4Njtsp3dIUTrQsBQ==&pview=knobler.com

I guess my question is the followin: Am I protected from the iframe while archive.org NOT being blocked?

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Things may display or happen from the IFRAME, but JavaScript from leadacceptor.com will not run, as it has not been Allowed.

No way to guarantee safety, but you've got to figure by not allowing JavaScript, you've greatly improved your chances of being OK.

Additional FRAME settings can be found in Options | Embeddings.
