is missing a scrollbar and therefore can only be scrolled by means of the keyboard.
The scrollbar is rendered if NoScript is deactivated.

Not a bug. The site relies on JavaScript to display the scrollbar (yes, idiotic).
Just try on a clean profile without NoScript, disable JavaScript from Firefox's "Content" options panel, and open the page.

Thanks a lot for your help. I couldn't even imagine that a sites' scrollbar depends on javascript.
Will check the page without javascript next time.
