bitcomet x64 support

please add built-in support for bitcomet x64. i'm using flashgot from waterfox (x64 build of firefox) 7.0 with bitcomet x64. it should be pretty straightforward to add, currently i'm using my own rule, which is just C:\Program Files\BitComet\BitComet.exe --url [URL].
