[Invalid] noscript.net opening on each startup

I have Firefox 7.0.1 and just updated No Script and now *every* time I open firefox the page
http://noscript.net/?ver=2.1.4&prev=2.1.2.6 opens in a new tab. In the past it was just the first time after you update but it's happening every damn time now.

This almost surely means that something is preventing your Firefox preferences from being saved ("I've already shown releases page for this version" info is stored as a preference by NoScript).
It could be a browser sandbox, a permissions issue or some over-zealous antivirus product.
Could you try to change any setting and check whether the change survives a browser restart, to confirm this theory?
Other than that, you might have accidentally saved that page as your home-page, something that can be easily checked in Tools|Options|General.

Thanks.. seems to be something Advanced SystemCare did but uninstalled, reverted and reset a lot of firefox settings and all seems ok again. Apologies for the misplaced blame.
