Can't seem to duplicate it - at least with my selected NoScript settings?
I am always seeing the texts.
Sometimes a site will program a page for browsers with & also without JavaScript. Sometimes to do the same thing regardless of JavaScript settings, sometimes to do different. Don't know that that is an issue here though?

on further testing i discover that its no noscript fault but HTTPS everywhere with latest version 2.0 dev 2 and 1.03.... Sorry for the inconvenience...
