gmail won't load

I've been experiencing a problem with noscript and gmail. The gmail loading bar will hang at 98% completion or so unless I use an older version of noscript (works okay with version 2.1.2.6, but not any version thereafter). Any ideas? Is it a known problem?

Any messages in the error console that could be related to this?

The URL is just https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?hl=en

Nothing in the error console while it hangs.

I discovered that if I refresh the page once the loading bar stops then it will load like normal, and gmail will persist loading normally for a while.

Maybe this is important? "Allowing scripts globally" doesn't resolve the problem, but completely disabling noscript does. What would that say about the problem?

Just checked and it isn't. Problem persists with noscript as the only extension.

I recently had a similar issue where you click on send but it sits there and eternally hangs and retrying. I figured a gmail server issue, so I used a chrome clone and it worked fine. I tried later with Fx and NS and no go but I am not hanging the "whole" blame on NS but combination with Fx definitely. Fx has become so unusable lately its a headache to even try sometimes. A quick two second task becomes a prolong agony at times, including all the GUI freeze ups and hangs and memory hogging. The day Giorgio gets NoScript for chrome done, I am ditching Fx for good. As-is I use a chrome clone build of my own as my primary anyway and Fx only when I need to do something that I want to have NS watching my back and RP my front.
