[RESOLVED] ClearClick issues
[RESOLVED] ClearClick issues
Hello, firstly, I wanted to say that I love NoScript. That being said, I recently switched banks and unfortunately, the ClearClick functionality is preventing me from logging in. With NoScript disabled, I can log in just fine but I'd prefer to use NoScript. The bank in question is at https://www.itcu.org/ I've tried adding an exception for the bank but it's not working correctly. Maybe I have the syntax wrong (I inputted https://www.itcu.org/* and *.itcu.org* under subexceptions). I've also tried *itcu.org under exceptions. Lastly, I've tried unticking the "trusted" box from within the Embeddings tab to no avail. I'd appreciate any help.

Re: ClearClick issues
Could you please use the [Report] button on the ClearClick window and tell me the assigned Report ID?

Re: ClearClick issues
Sorry that this fell through the cracks. Giorgio has just completed a major project, NoScript for Mobile, and I'm sure was a bit overwhelmed and distracted. I'll bring this to his personal attention.
Thank you for your patience.

Re: ClearClick issues
This is a false positive due to bad positioning of the login frame inside the page.
You can work-around by adding https://www.itcu.org to your noscript.clearClick.exceptions about:config preference.
Good news is that the ClearClick rewrite in NoScript 3.0 (available on smartphones, due on the desktop in one month or two) is smart enough to adjust for this kind of stuff by default, with no need for exceptions.

Re: ClearClick issues
So does this address the issue I posted? Since I didn't hear back on it, I was wondering.Giorgio Maone wrote:This is a false positive due to bad positioning of the login frame inside the page.

Thanks! I didn't expect an answer so soon but it works perfectly now. I'm actually very interested in the NoScript mobile app, too. Cheers all around!

@ GµårÐïåñ: Perhaps give your own thread a bump, or PM GM? OP was resolved, so he might not be following, or know which thread you're referring to... just a thought.
