Hi All,
I have looked through the faq and had a browse through this forum to no avail. I can't help thinking this question has been answered but I can't find it.
So, I go to a web site and Noscript throws up a list of scripts. I need a script or 2 to work the page,eg, play a video clip or access another page of the site. How can I identify which script does what? Do I "Temporarily allow *website*" one at a time until I find the one I need? How can I tell which are dodgy and which are safe to allow? I have given JSView a go but this doesn't seem so help me.
With thanks,
C

Well one way is by looking at which domain the script comes from. You can get some information by middleclicking (or shift+clicking) on the menu entries with the domains. But sometimes it's already apparent from the domain (and esp. subdomains).
Another way is trying to understand the source code.
