Right after I re-started FireFox, NoScript updated to the latest version, and now Twitter (trying to access older tweets, or trying to tweet) is broken! Timing seems too coincidental to be anything else, as Twitter was working 5 minutes prior to, and still working OK in IE - just not in FireFox immediately after it updated to new NoScript!

Wouldn't be as critical an issue, if it weren't for the fact that there is a revolution going on in Tripoli/Libya right now, and the Freedom Fighters are using Twitter as a primary means of communication.

Environment is Windows XP, running FireFox 3.6.18.

Never mind...completely disabling NoScript didn't fix either.

For some strange reason, when updated to new NoScript, Twitter's Javascript links/functions stopped working...browser restart, even system re-boot didn't fix. Manually logging-out of Twitter, then erasing all of Twitter-related domain cookies, then logging back-in, finally did the trick.

Not sure exactly what happened here, but definitely occurred immediately after update to NoScript 2.1.2.6.

Anyways, problem resolved. Glad to know I won't have to run my browser without NoScript!
