Why I can't see Recaptcha. Is Recaptcha cross to Google? I Forbid any Google thing.

If they use recaptcha you need to allow api.recaptcha.net in RequestPolicy. Then the blocked OBJECT of it will show up, which you can allow temporarily by clicking on it.
