Cannot Remove External Filter Exclusions

Every time I log onto my browser, .hulu.com and .youtube.com show up under Advanced>External Filters>Do not filter objects coming from these sites:
When I delete them, close my browser, and then start again, these sites show up once again. Even after I run CCleaner, and delete everything I can think of in the Mozilla folder on my computer to remove whatever is renewing this exclusion of hulu and youtube from being filtered. What's more, I never knowingly added hulu or youtube to the filtering exclusion. I just noticed that they showed up their one day.
I've tried searching on this forum, and found something for the opposite (a poster wanted to keep some exclusions, but they kept on getting deleted), but it was not helpful for my situation. Would someone help me get rid of the hulu and youtube exclusions permanently? TIA.
